Straight answers about working with us on subscription.
Is it really unlimited?
No, and we'd rather be clear about that. You can add as many requests to your board as you like, but each plan works on a set number at a time (1, 2 or 3) with roughly 8, 24, 45 or 75 hours of work a month.
Who owns the code?
You do. Your code lives in your own GitHub account from day one, and everything we build is yours once it's paid for.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Plans are monthly rolling. Give us 7 days' notice to pause or cancel. While you're paused, your hosting and email keep running.
What happens to hours I don't use?
Unused hours roll over to the next month, then expire.
What is the first-sprint guarantee?
If you're not happy after your first two weeks, we'll refund your first payment in full.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down a plan from your next billing date as your product and budget change.
How fast will you start?
Small requests usually take 2 to 3 working days. Bigger features are planned into two-week sprints, and your first sprint starts within a week of your scoping call.
What isn't included?
Projects with a hard fixed deadline, regulated builds such as medical devices, and 24/7 on-call support. We're happy to quote for these separately.
Do I still need a technical co-founder?
Not to get started. We act as your technical partner until you're ready to hire, and on the Partner plan we'll help you hire your first in-house developer.
