BizBootstrap UK Limited - Complete Mobile Communications Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers entering into an agreement for mobile communication services provided by BizBootstrap UK Limited ("BizBootstrap"), effective from 2 September 2024 (updated 18 February 2025).
1. Our Network and Service Availability BizBootstrap offers mobile services via the EE network, enabling calls, texts, and data usage including VoIP, 4G, and 5G services where available. Coverage and service quality depend on location, network traffic, and other external factors. Coverage should be checked prior to purchase via our online coverage checker.
2. Equipment BizBootstrap may provide equipment as part of your service plan. Such equipment remains the property of BizBootstrap for the first six months of the minimum term unless purchased outright. During this period, you must keep equipment in good condition, and you cannot sell or transfer ownership without prior written consent.
3. Unlocking of Equipment Devices provided may sometimes be network-locked to the network providers services and unlocking may not always be available or possible.
4. Minimum Term and Monthly Charges You must commit to a minimum contractual period (Minimum Term), during which agreed monthly charges are payable. After the Minimum Term, your service continues on a rolling monthly basis until terminated by either party.
5. Upgrades and Renewals BizBootstrap may offer upgrades or renewals at its discretion. Acceptance will initiate a new Minimum Term and associated monthly charges.
6. Annual Price Increase Monthly charges will increase annually by a fixed percentage effective from 31 March each year. If you select a fixed-price plan, your monthly charges will remain unchanged during the Minimum Term, though additional services and charges may still vary.
7. Changing Terms and Charges: BizBootstrap reserves the right to amend its terms, conditions, and charges at any time. You will receive written notice at least 30 days before any significant changes. Material price increases or detrimental service changes may give you the right to terminate your agreement without incurring a cancellation charge.
8. Ending the Agreement You may end this agreement by giving at least 30 days' written notice. Early termination during the Minimum Term may incur a cancellation charge calculated as the total monthly charges remaining minus applicable discounts.
9. Billing and Payment Bills will generally be provided electronically, monthly in advance, and must be paid promptly by the specified due date. Late payments may incur additional charges, including administrative or reconnection fees.
10. Lost or Stolen Equipment Notify us immediately if your equipment or SIM is lost, stolen, or compromised. You will remain responsible for charges incurred up to the time you notify us.
11. Credit Limits and Suspension BizBootstrap may set credit limits on your account. Exceeding these limits can lead to temporary suspension or termination of services until payment is made.
12. Liability BizBootstrap's liability is limited to a maximum of £10,000 for any single claim, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
13. Your Information BizBootstrap manages personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We may share your details with credit reference agencies and fraud prevention services.
14. Customer Support and Complaints Customer support is available via our website and helpline. For complaints, please follow our complaints procedure detailed on our website.
15. General Provisions BizBootstrap may assign or transfer rights under this agreement without your consent, provided service quality remains unaffected. You may not transfer your rights without our consent.
