To make calls and send SMS messages, you’ll need a Voice + Data plan. These plans will indicate that the eSIM is able to make calls and send SMS.

Once you purchase your eSIM, you’ll be able to access your QR code directly from your BizBootstrap account. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with your activation details, typically within 2 hours — and often instantly.

Please note that eSIMs are digital products. Once delivered by email, they cannot be revoked or prevented from being used. For this reason, eSIM purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned, except in the specific circumstances outlined in our refund policy.

On an iPhone or iPad: Go to Settings → Mobile Data (or Cellular). If you have one plan tap Delete eSIM, or if you have multiple tap the specific plan and then Delete Plan.

On many Android devices: Go to Settings → Connections (or Network & Internet) → SIM or eSIM Manager. Select the eSIM profile, turn it off, then tap Remove or Delete.
